Policewomen/Policemen in Canada and USA wanted!
we, the „Casting Concept GmbH”, are one of the most leading German TV and Film casting agencies and always hunts for new faces and characters who would like to take part in reputable TV documentaries. The very successful program „Mein Revier“ shows the daily business of customs agents, police and public order offices. Produced in high quality, the feature displays the daily work routines of interventions and in stations. Each “Mein Revier”-documentary presents three different plotlines from three different working areas (customs, police and public order offices). Each plotline can contain several “stories”. But it is important to notice, that we only shoot what actually happens. We aim to portray the daily work life as completely and authentically as possible and to look the authorities over their shoulders while working. But we try to avoid any kind of interference with courses of action. We’d like to make the viewers understand why the authorities act the way they do and to feel sympathetic to them. Therefore we are looking for female and male Germans who live in the USA or Canada and work at the police. They don’t have to be born in Germany. It is also possible that they are born in the USA/Canada and have German ancestors and roots. Our protagonists are always the good guys. For this special documentary approximately 8 days are planned for filming. Für die erfolgreiche Reportagereihe "Mein Revier" (Kabel 1) suchen wir derzeit deutsche Frauen und Männer, die in den USA oder Kanada leben und bei der Polizei arbeiten. Sie müssen nicht unbedingt in Deutschland geboren sein. Es ist auch möglich, dass sie deutsche Vorfahren haben und ihre Wurzel somit in Deutschland sind. Im Rahmen der seriösen TV-Reportage wollen wir den Ordnungshütern während ihrer Arbeit über die Schulter schauen. Dabei soll der Dienstalltag einer Wache möglichst umfassend und authentisch dargestellt werden. "Mein Revier" weckt Verständnis für die Arbeit der Polizistinnen und Polizisten und zeigt das Leben aus deren Sicht. Sie erscheinen als Sympathieträger. Der Drehzeitraum beträgt ca. acht Tage.
